Founding Partner & Project Manager

Mark Stroik is a founding partner and Project Manager at First Line Coastal. Mark has been working on the water since 1999, and has been planning, designing, and constructing coastal engineering projects since 2006.

Mark’s experience is broad and includes full management responsibilities for all aspects of project and program management on coastal projects. His technical specialty lies with coastal projects utilizing sediment as the principal building material, otherwise known as dredging. Having contributed substantial roles on more than 120 dredging and coastal restoration projects across the country, he has visited almost every stretch of coast along the Gulf and Southeast. His experience includes all phases of planning, permitting, design, construction, physical and biological monitoring. Mark’s favorite projects are those where a deeper understanding of construction techniques solves a unique challenge and/or increase overall project value.
